I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, as it’s just a short walk from the nearby subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of food options in the surrounding area. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a nice space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic—one of the highlights of my stay. I’d especially like to commend a staff member named Julie. She’s Filipino and an amazing cook! Her meals were delicious and really made the mornings enjoyable. Overall, the hotel’s service was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Comfy room, well cleaned everyday . Breakfast is delicious with croissants, pain au chocolat and pain Suisse baked on site and location is wonderful, close to Metro station Europe and Saint Lazarre as well. 20 minutes walking to boulevard Haussmann where you can find Gallery Lafayette and Opéra. This is why, I re confirm the location is fantastic. The staff managing the breakfast and at the reception during the day is kind, caring and always smiling. There are restaurants and bars around close to the hotel especially for me who arrived late in the evening and I was able to have tasty diner at 11PM.

All the staff were very hospitable. Special mention to Julie. She is of Filipino descent and as a Filipino, I felt the hospitality innate in our culture. I thought it was only us who had a special connection. However, I noticed most of those who stayed also had a connection with her. One family (probably Italian or Spanish) even gave hugs to her as they were about to check out. You can really feel the sincerity. I think she and all the staff of this hotel (no exception, everyone was hospitable) would be the reason why people will come back to this hotel. I surely will. :-)

The service staff were outstanding, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. A big thank you to them! My king bedroom was clean, with a comfortable mattress and plush pillows. I had great nights sleep. I particularly enjoyed the small balcony overlooking the street to enjoy my morning coffee. The location was fantastic, surrounded by excellent restaurants and bar. Plus, the Metro Line 3 was just a two-minute walk away, and Saint-Lazare station was only five minutes from the hotel, making it highly convenient for getting around.
